Author Registration for DS-RT 2026 is now available!

Please read the instructions below.

Author registration is intended as the registration performed by at least one author of accepted papers (presenting the paper at the corresponding event). This registration must be performed by at least one author by August 1st, 2026, and it is mandatory for having the paper included in the proceedings.

• Each Author Registration covers only one paper. Each additional paper can be registered for a fee of €450 Euros.
• Regular papers: Up to 8 pages using IEEE formatting, with the option to purchase up to 2 additional pages at €100.
• Short papers: Up to 5 pages, with the option to purchase 1 additional page at €100.
• Posters/Doctoral Symposium papers: Up to 4 pages, with no option to purchase extra pages.
• Student Registrations are valid only for PhD Colloquium papers.
• Each conference registration includes access to conference sessions, tutorials, reception, coffee breaks, and banquet.
• Additional banquet tickets are available for EUR 50.
Additional authors and attendees can use the Non-Author registration.
