DS-RT 2026

Camera-Ready Guidelines

Step 1 - Template

Please make sure you are using the IEEE template. Templates for IEEE Proceedings style (LaTeX2e and MS Word) can be found here.

Step 2 - Complete Your Paper

In addition to responding to any comments from the reviewers, please do not forget to include the necessary data such as authors' information and affiliations, references, keywords, etc. Do not add page numbers to the manuscript. Please remove the copyright notice (XXX-X-XXXX-XXXX-X/XX/$XX.00 ©20XX IEEE) from the footer of the first page; the footer should remain blank.

Step 3 - Convert Your Document into an IEEE-Compatible PDF

Please note that only IEEE-compliant files can be included in the proceedings. To achieve this, kindly convert your source files to PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress™ as follows:

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress™ site.

First-time users should do the following:

  1. Select the “New Users - Click Here” link.
  2. Enter the following:
    • 71368X for the Conference ID
    • Your email address
    • A password
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users of PDF eXpress™ need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

Step 4 - Camera-Ready (Final) Paper Upload

Upload the camera-ready (final) PDF file received from IEEE PDF eXpress™ to EDAS.

Step 5 - IEEE Copyright (eCF)

After uploading the camera-ready paper to EDAS, the IEEE electronic copyright icon will become available in the system.

When filling in the eCF, please check in particular the title of the paper as well as the names and order of the authors. We expect that for the DS-RT 2026 conference all copyrights will be “classic” IEEE.

Important Note

The proceedings can only contain IEEE-compatible files. All papers must have confirmed IEEE copyright. Without meeting these conditions, the paper cannot be published in the proceedings.
