IEEE/ACM DS-RT 2020

Registration Guidelines

Updates:

Due to the current progress of COVID-19 pandemic situation in the Czech Republic, we switch DS-RT'20 completely to the remote participation. We have selected ZOOM as the video conference tool, where we organize all tracks, you will have a possibility to switch between two parallel rooms or passively follow the live streaming from DS-RT'20 on a YouTube channel.

At least one author of the accepted papers must register and present the paper remotely via ZOOM.

In order for the paper to be included in the proceedings, authors must register not later than September 4, 2020.

  • Each Author Registration is valid for TWO papers. The Author Registration fee includes only one paper. The additional paper fee must be added for the second paper, and it is € 200 (please note that the currency is Euro).
For instance, if an author registers for two papers, the registration consists of € 360 (full registration fee) + € 200 (additional paper fee). Thus, the author can present both papers.
In case there is a third paper, the same author will need to pay for another full registration fee.
  • Each regular paper may contain up to 8 pages, and each short paper may contain up to 4 pages.
  • For regular papers, two additional pages can be purchased for € 70 per page.
  • Student & Life Member Registration are not valid for author registration.
  • If you register as IEEE/ACM Member, please send your IEEE number via e-mail lukassefosevcik[at]gmail[dot]com.
